The V-612-NC is a precision N/C vise from Suburban Tool with an 8-1/2" jaw capacity, built to bolt quickly onto your N/C, milling or other machine tool. Bi-directional 11/16" keyways ground into the base provide rapid installation and automatic alignment for accurate, repeatable workholding.

Slotted on all four sides for a multitude of clamping options, its stepped fixed and movable jaws hold pieces as small as 1/2" x 1/2".

  • Movable jaw pulls into the base at 45 to 60° for maximum hold-down force, eliminating tilting and lifting
  • Angled center channel adds extra holding capacity
