The RMC-10 round magnetic chuck from Suburban Tool is a 10-1/8" diameter permanent magnetic workholding fixture for the surface grinder, layout table, and inspection bench. Its ceramic magnets deliver superior holding power that never fades and require no electrical controls or collector rings, so setup is as simple as swinging the removable on-off handle.

The thick top plate is laminated from steel and stainless steel and furnace brazed into one solid piece, and it can be drilled and tapped to three quarters of its thickness when a custom fixture calls for it.

  • Ceramic magnets provide holding power that never fades — no controls or collector rings
  • Furnace-brazed laminated top plate can be drilled and tapped for custom workholding
  • Standard 1/4" poles for large, thick parts; fine-pole option for small, thin work
  • Sealed against water and coolant for a long service life at the grinder
  • Back of the aluminum body has tapped holes and a turned counterbore for easy machine mounting
  • Removable on-off handle included for quick, repeatable actuation
