The Suburban Tool MSP-2412-S2 is a 12" x 24" magnetic sine plate from the SineSet permanent magnetic series, offering a large 24-inch deck for surface grinding, layout, and inspection of sizable workpieces at accurate, repeatable angles. As a standard-pole model, its 1/4" poles and 1/8" separators produce deep flux lines for holding large and thick parts.

The sine plate portion is made of steel, hardened to Rc 58-60, and the magnetic chuck removes or replaces with just four bolts, so the sine plate and chuck can be run separately.

  • Deep-flux standard poles secure heavy, thick parts across the full length
  • Gage block roll with two 0.200" minute steps sets small angles using standard gage block sets
  • Chuck is lubricated and sealed against dirt and coolant for long service life
  • Ships with a locking strap and two self-storing, hardened and ground rails
  • Four-bolt chuck doubles as a stand-alone magnetic chuck
  • Made in the USA by Suburban Tool

The Suburban Tool MSP-2412-S2 is a 12" x 24" magnetic sine plate from the SineSet permanent magnetic series, offering a large 24-inch deck for surface grinding, layout, and inspection of sizable workpieces at accurate, repeatable angles.
